this was the first music video i ever made for someone else. i've enjoyed being closely involved in working on golden vessel music videos and i wanted to try make one for akurei. i directed, shot and edited the whole thing. we shot it in boston, brooklyn, new jersey & chicago whilst we were on tour in america. it was cold.
it was a spontaneous decision but when we stumbled upon my booking agent's replica sword collection in brooklyn we had to include a katana and it made it on the album cover.
